These consolidated appeals arise out of a dispute between an Alabama accounting firm, Cooke, Cameron, Travis and Company, P.C. (“the accounting firm”), and a Connecticut advertising-consulting firm, *1177Directory Assistants, Inc. (“the consulting firm”).
