In these two closely related actions, Nos. 08-1280 and 08-1284, Plaintiffs seek leave of this Court to serve immediate discovery requests on, respectively, Yale University and the University of Connecticut, for the purpose of identifying several Doe Defendants alleged to have infringed Plaintiffs’ copyrights.
