Qúincy Taylor, plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, commenced this action against Henry Trow, Sally Trow et al., in the district court of Okfuskee county, to set aside and cancel a resale deed and a correction resale deed from the county treasurer to the chairman of the board of county commissioners of said county, and also to cancel a deed from the board of county commissioners to Henry Trow and Sally Trow, hereinafter referred to as defendants.
