MEMORANDUM OPINION

On October 3, 2002, Old West Annuity & Life Insurance Company (“Old West”), a secured creditor, filed a motion for dismissal or relief from the automatic stay under § 362 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Cambridge Woodbridge Apartments, L.L.C. (“Debtor”) opposes Old West’s motion and seeks to retain possession and use of Cambridge Wood-bridge Apartments (“Woodbridge”).
