MEMORANDUM OPINION
PAMELA S. HOLLIS, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the court on the motion of R.C.M. Industries, Inc. (“R.C.M.”) and Robert C. Marconi, as Trustee of the Robert C. Marconi Declaration of Trust dated June 30, 1992 (the “Marconi Trust”), for Relief from Automatic Stay [EOD # 18]. R.C.M. and the Marconi Trust seek relief from the stay in order to foreclose on their collateral pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d). The debtor, Stephen A. Weiss (“Weiss”), argues that R.C.M. and the Marconi Trust are not entitled to relief from the stay because they are not secured creditors of…
