{¶ 1} Plaintiff, Jason Maynard, appeals from the order of the trial court granting summary judgment to his employer, defendant 1 H.A.M. Landscaping, Inc., in his action for negligence and intentional tort in the workplace. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.

{¶ 2} Plaintiff recently was diagnosed with type I diabetes and requires regular insulin injections in connection with his meals.
