After considering a stipulated record and testimony offered at a previous motions hearing, the trial court found appellant, Gregory Hawkins, guilty of Carrying a Pistol Without a License, in violation of D.C.Code § 22-4504(a), Possession of a Firearm, in violation of D.C.Code § 7-2502.01, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, in violation of D.C.Code § 7-2506.01(3), and Unlawful Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance (Marijuana), in violation of D.C.Code § 48-904.01(a)(1).
