MOORE, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order overruling a Plea of- Privilege.

The appellee brought this suit against appellant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and Lorene Key Port-ley. The suit against Lorene Key Portley is to recover damages allegedly sustained by appellee and his minor daughter as a result of negligence on the part of Mrs. Portley. The action against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company is brought under the terms of the Uninsured Motorist Clause of an automobile insurance policy issued by appellant.
