The National Union of Marine Cooks & Stewards Association, a voluntary association, is appealing from a judgment of the superior court of King county, holding the union in contempt of court for refusal to comply with orders of the court entered in connection with supplemental *649proceedings instituted in aid of a judgment in the sum of $475,000, previously rendered against the union.
