Introduction
Before this Court is Deutsche Bank’s motion to dismiss Debtor’s complaint challenging its security interest in Debtor’s residence. The Debtor objects to Proof of Claim # 2 filed on behalf of Saxon Mortgage Services as Servicer for Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2004-WMC 1.
