¶ 1 Before us today is a consolidated appeal from the order issued by the Court of Common Pleas of Snyder County, which denied Appellants’ motions to bar retrial on the grounds that a new trial would violate the double jeopardy prohibitions of the United States and Pennsylvania Constitutions.
