OPINION

Justice NEWMAN.

Michael Serge (Appellant) appeals the sentence of life imprisonment entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Lacka*677wanna County (trial court) following his conviction for first-degree murder, 18 Pa.C.S. § 2502(a). We granted allowance of appeal in this case to consider the admissibility of a computer-generated animation (CGA) illustrating the Commonwealth’s theory of the homicide. For the reasons discussed herein, we hold that the trial court properly admitted the CGA as demonstrative evidence.
