OPINION

JOHNSON, Judge:

Omni Insurance Company (Omni) has appealed from the judgment of the Jeffer son Circuit Court entered on April 1, 1998, which summarily dismissed its claim against Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company (Farm Bureau), for reimbursement of amounts paid by Omni on behalf of its insured, Mark Schupp (Mark). We reverse and remand.
