This is an action in ejectment for possession of the following described lands: S.% of the S.W.% of Section 14, Township 10 North, Range 17 West I. M., Washita County, Oklahoma.
Plaintiff, E. E. Vogt, commenced action October 24, 1942, by filing his petition in the district court of Washita county alleging that he was the owner of the legal and equitable title to certain described land and that he acquired his title by warranty deed from the former owner, Cecil D.
