¶1 In February 2000, the Appellants, Laura and John Kelly, entered into a contract with the Cross-Appellant, George Hall doing business as Rocon House Moving, to move four fourplex residential units in Billings, Montana. During and after the move, the units sustained damage. The Kellys filed negligence and breach of contract claims against Hall. Hall counterclaimed against the Kellys for breach of contract.
