This case involves a dispute over the use of certain ingredients contained in the formula for the liquid dietary supplement 5-Hour Energy. Innovation Ventures, LLC, d/b/a Living Essentials (“Plaintiff’) manufactures and distributes 5-Hour Energy throughout the United States.
