Antonio A. Scott appeals from judgments and an order denying his motion for post-conviction relief. Scott reached a plea agreement with the State under which he pled no contest to and was found guilty of the following offenses: fleeing an officer, resisting an officer, and disorderly conduct contrary to §§346.04(3), 946.41(1) and 947.01, Stats. The plea agreement restricted the State's sentencing recommendation. At sentencing, the State was permitted to withdraw from the agreement.
