¶ 1. This appeal from a judgment of conviction and an order of the circuit court comes to this court upon certification by the court of appeals pursuant to Wis. Stat. (Rule) § 809.61 (1999-2000). The Circuit Court for Winnebago County, Bruce K. Schmidt, Judge, entered a judgment of conviction on two counts of recklessly endangering safety and an order denying a post-conviction motion by the defendant Robert S. Robinson.
