|,A Jefferson County jury convicted appellant Amanda Thacker of aggravated assault, and she was sentenced to serve six years in prison and ordered to pay a $2,500 fíne. On appeal, she argues that the trial court erred in denying her motion for mistrial and by denying her the right to testify during the sentencing phase. We affirm.
