Plaintiff Thia Jai Brown (“plaintiff’ or “Brown”) brings this case against Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company (“defendant” or “Hartford”), challenging the termination of her benefits under a Long Term Disability (“LTD”) insurance policy.
