During the month of January, 1915, Baker Bros, bought 93 bales of cotton with money furnished by the appellee Collin County National Bank. Forty-three hales of that cotton were shipped from Mun-day, Tex., to Galveston, on a bill of lading *245issued by the Wichita Valley Railway Company via Stamford and over the line of the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway Company of Texas.
