MEMORANDUM OPINION

MOTLEY, District Judge.

Three motions are presently before the court: 1) Plaintiff Bruan, Gordon & Co. (“Bruan, Gordon”) has moved to remand this action to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, on the ground that the court lacks subject matter jurisdiction. 2) Defendants have moved for an order dismissing the complaint and/or granting summary judgment, on the grounds that plain tiff has failed to exhaust its administrative remedies and that defendants have immunity from liability. 3) Defendants have also moved for an order staying discovery until such time as the court…
