Kelley Marine Transport Corp. v. Boston Sand & Gravel

Plaintiff, Kelley Marine Transport Corporation (Kelley Marine), brings this action against the defendants, Boston Sand & Gravel Co. (BS&G), and the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA), claiming contractual and tortious injuries resulting from the Boston Harbor Project-Deer Island related facilities (Deer Island project).
