Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered June 28, 1976 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to, inter alia, annul a determination of the Department of Civil Service and to compel it to schedule and hold a certain competitive examination.
