Plaintiff Noval Williams Films LLC (“Noval” or “Plaintiff”) seeks a declaratory judgment against Defendants John Branca and John McClain, the executors of the Estate of Michael J. Jackson (collectively, “Defendants” or “Executors”) that it has not infringed any copyrights of certain audiovisual material and photographs used in its documentary film “Michael: The Last Photo Shoots.” Defendants move pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) to dismiss the claim for lack of personal jurisdiction over Defendants, or in the alternative to transfer the suit to…
