This action was commenced by the appellants against Samuel Casad, to recover the possession of certain real estate described in the complaint. After final judgment in the circuit court, Samuel Casad departed this life. His widow and children are the appellees. The complaint is in the usual form of complaints for the recovery of the possession of real estate, except that the deed under which the appellants claim title is made part of it, and a copy thereof filed with the complaint.
