We granted certiorari to review Slifer v. Wheeler & Lewis, 39 Colo. App. 269, 567 P.2d 388 (1977). We reverse and remand with directions.
On July 14,1969, Wheeler & Lewis (Architects), the petitioners, and Poudre School District #R-1 (District) executed a contract for various services required in connection with the planning and construction of several buildings in the Fort Collins area.
