On January 14, 1987, the above-entitled matters came on specially for hearing before the undersigned on a motion to effectuate settlement brought by defendants GERALD V. NIESAR, MARY ANN (FEIST) McCAMANT, and the law firm of NIESAR, MOODY, HILL, MASSEY & KREGSTEIN (the Niesar defendants).
