Becker Paribas, Inc. (“Becker”), a defendant in Margaret Hall Foundation, et al. v. Atlantic Financial Management, Inc., et al. (“Margaret Hall /”) has reached a partial settlement agreement with the plaintiffs, the Margaret Hall class.
