— In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., defendant Ford Motor Company appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Ferraro, J.), entered May 17,1982, as granted the branch of plaintiffs’ motion which sought leave to serve an amended bill of particulars. Order reversed insofar as appealed from, with $50 costs and disbursements, and the aforesaid branch of plaintiffs’ motion is denied.
