This action seems to have been brought by the plaintiff against his wife, Mrs. Ella Frances Bailey (née Ella Frances Finch), Susie Nelson Finch, stepdaughter of plaintiff (now Susan N. Hester, wife of Dr. Joseph Hester), and others, to recover damages for a libel committed in conspiring - with each other to make and in making fraudulent, libelous, and slanderous charges of and'concerning the plaintiff, who at the time was postmaster at Spring Hope, N.
