In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, the defendant Patricia Ford, M.D., appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Costello, J.), dated July 15, 1998, as denied her motion to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against her pursuant to CPLR 304, 306 (a) and (b).

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
