J. B. Shelton, suing on behalf of himself and all others who might come in and contribute their proportion of the costs, filed his bill in the Circuit Court of Henrico county, asking the construction of codicil Ho. 5 of the will of Lewis Ginter, deceased, by which he bequeathed to certain persons therein named specific sums of money, and then uses the following language: “To all
