Hicks v. Roanoke Brick Co.

Appeal from a decree of the Hustings Court of the city of Eoanoke, pronounced December 5, 1896, in a suit in chancery wherein the appellant and others were the complainants, and the appellees were the defendants. After the original bill in this cause was filed, one of the complainants made a general assignment to the appellant, and the bill of review was filed by the original complainants and the appellant. The opinion states the case.
