MANION, Circuit Judge.
The International Financial Services Corporation (International) finances printing presses. It sued various defendants for breach of a contract to produce a printing press and for fraud. A jury found that defendant Chromas Technologies Canada, Incorporated (Chromas), was the alter ego of defendant Didde Web Press Corporation (Didde Web Press), that Chromas was liable for breach of contract, and that Chromas was not liable for fraud.
