Mariano Falcon challenges the District Court’s decision in his employment discrim-¡nation suit against General Telephone Company of the Southwest. He sued individually for discrimination in promotion as well as on behalf of Mexican-Americans as a class for discrimination in hiring. The District Court’s decision follows remand from the Supreme Court and the Fifth Circuit to reconsider the case in light of Texas Department of Community Affairs v.
