MAJOR, Circuit Judge.
This case is here upon petition of Steel Industries, Incorporated (the Company), to review and set aside a portion of an order of the National Labor Relations Board (138 NLRB No. 119), issued against it on September 28, 1962, following the usual proceedings under Section 10 of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended. 61 Stat. 136, 73 Stat. 519, 29 U.S.C.A. § 151 et seq.
