delivered the opinion of the court.

This is a trial of right of property proceeding. Emma Hammond and Minerva Edmett procured a judgment for $423.47 against Samuel Leibold. They caused an execution to issue based on said judgment on May 10, 1944 and delivered it to the bailiff of the municipal court of Chicago who through one of his deputies made a levy on the Packard automobile involved herein.
