MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
The plaintiff, Canal Insurance Company, issued an insurance policy to the defendant, Barbara Haniewski, doing business as Salguad Warehouse Transport, on February 27, 1996. The defendant, Eagle Leasing, was added to the policy as an additional insured on or about June 19, 1996.
