In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., defendant Reichhold Chemicals, Inc., appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Graci, J.), dated January 7, 1983, which denied its motion to dismiss the complaint as against it for lack of personal jurisdiction. H Order affirmed, with costs. 11 It is undisputed that service of the summons with notice in this action was made upon Gerald Baier, manager of appellants’ Elizabeth, New Jersey, plant.
