The testimony as to mental capacity was as follows: R. P. Gober, one of the subscribing witnesses, testified for the propounders of the will that he had known the testatrix since 1873; that when she executed the paper in May, 1925, he thought she had mental capacity to do so, forming his opinion from “the way she was talking;” that “she talked like she always did to me, got to talking about old times . . and about how times had changed;” and that he saw nothing to indicate she was “incompetent to make a will.” H.
