¶ 1 Defendant/Appellant Combined Insurance Company of America (Insurance Company) appeals from orders binding Insurance Company to a default judgment entered against its co-defendant David Hop-wood, and granting summary judgment to Plaintiffs/Appellees Sanjuana Gonzalez and Remberto Gonzalez (collectively, the Gonza-lezes).
