OPINION

TOMLJANOVICH, Justice.

In her third petition for posteonviction relief, appellant Lillian Virginia Dunn has asserted claims of prosecutorial misconduct and ineffective assistance of trial counsel, stemming from her convictions for first-degree felony murder and kidnapping. 1 The postconviction court summarily denied her petition, and we affirm.
