This is a writ of error from the judgment of the Appellate Court affirming the order of the circuit court refusing to order the probate of the will of O. B. Grant, who died January 19, 1925. The will, after providing for the payment of funeral expenses and just debts, made certain specific bequests of money to relatives and friends and to a cemetery association and gave $500 to an old friend and neighbor and his wife.
