MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
CLIFFORD SCOTT GREEN, District Judge.
The plaintiff, Wayne-Gossard Corporation, brings this civil action against the defendants claiming infringement of Claims 4 and 5 of plaintiff’s reissue patent for a footsock or foot cover, and the method of manufacturing the same. Plaintiff seeks injunctive relief, and damages; also, counsel fees in regard to the issue of the validity of the patent.
