MEMORANDUM RULING
TOM STAGG, District Judge.
Before the court is a motion for summary judgment filed by defendant NorAm Drilling Company (“NorAm”). See Record Document 81. For the reasons set forth below, NorAm’s motion for summary judgment is DENIED.
I. BACKGROUND
This case arises from personal injuries allegedly sustained by the plaintiff, Michael Conner (“Conner”), while Conner was working for his employer, Kraemer-Shows Oilfield Services, LLC (“Kraemer”).
