The petitioner made application to sell certain real property in the village of Skaneateles, N. Y., belonging to the estate of Samuel M. Roosevelt, deceased, of which property he is a life tenant, pursuant to sections 67 to 71 of the Real Property Law. On compliance with the requirements of these sections, the application to sell was approved, the sale was authorized at not less than $14,000, the property was sold, through the efforts of Mr. Shotwell, a realty broker, for $16,000.
