RULING ON THE PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION TO REMAND
POLOZOLA, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the plaintiffs’ motion to reconsider the Court’s earlier decision denying the plaintiffs’ motion to remand. For the reasons that follow, the plaintiffs’ motion is denied.
