The plaintiffs in this action, having previously obtained a judgment against Jean Francois Canonge, their former tutor, homologating the account of tutorship by him rendered, *387and liquidating the amount due to them respectively, have instituted these -proceedings with a view of procuring the final settlement and liquidation of the estate, of Arnélie Mercier, deceased, wife of their said tutor, and of the community heretofore existing between them -, which settlement and liquidation, to be had between J.
