This matter is before the Court on Defendants’, Batman Co., Inc. (the “Contractor”), Batman/McNair Associates, L.P. (the “Developer”), Batman/McNair, Inc. (the “General Partner”), and Bahman Batmanghelidj (Batman), Plea in Bar and Demurrer to Plaintiffs Second Motion for Judgment.
